"It's an extremely important development," said Robert Mnookin, of Harvard Law School's program on negotiation. "What I like a lot about it is that lawyers are oriented as being problem-solvers."

“The animosity never quits,” says Roshkind, from her West Palm Beach law office. Her own courtroom combat inspired Roshkind, a former stay-at-home mom and free-lance journalist, to head for law school. She graduated from Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 1996.
