No matter how many times they try, it appears that lawyers representing fired Morgan Stanley & Co. analyst Christian Curry will never get a look at the expense accounts of senior officials at the Wall Street firm.

Southern District Judge Denny Chin has ruled that Curry, who claims that his dismissal from Morgan Stanley, ostensibly for abusing his expense account, was really a pretext for discrimination based on race and “perceived sexual orientation,” cannot see his bosses’ accounts.
