Debt incurred with a pre-approved credit card is dischargeable in bankruptcy, a split panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Wednesday in Texas.
The panel found that a consumer who had used a credit card issued by AT&T Universal Card Services could receive Chapter 7 bankruptcy relief.
