The TriZetto Group Inc. has hired Newport Beach, Calif.’s Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth P.C. to handle its $8 billion complex purchase of Westport, Conn.’s IMS Health. New York’s Sullivan & Cromwell is representing IMS.
The Stradling Yocca attorneys representing Newport Beach-based TriZetto are partners K.C. Schaaf and Michael Flynn; senior associate Christopher Ivey; and associate Kathryn Deutsch. The lead in-house attorney is Vice President and General Counsel Christine Miller, a former Stradling Yocca attorney.
