Angry colleagues slapped John McBryde with the worst punishment, short of impeachment, to ever hit a federal judge. They banned the fiery Texan from hearing new cases for a year because of his short fuse with lawyers.
Now McBryde has lost another round in a continuing battle to clear his name.
