Gregory Aharonian, a frequent critic of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and publisher of a patent newsletter for more than 4,000 subscribers, says he's only out to "bust bad patents." But in his March 6 newsletter, he turned his sights from the patent office to one of Silicon Valley's leading law firms. He announced that he would be "choosing crappy patents issued to Gray Cary clients and posting as much invalidating prior art about the patents as possible."
