When running back Fred Taylor got a $5 million signing bonus to play for the Jacksonville Jaguars he turned over $3 million to his agent William "Tank" Black, trusting him to invest it money wisely. Instead, according to federal prosecutors, Black used the money in fraudulent investments and a money-laundering scheme. Taylor and fellow NFL player Ike Hilliard, a wide receiver for the New York Giants who says he also was scammed out of millions, have hired a Miami law firm to get their money back.
