The second marriage of a large, full-service firm and a Center City intellectual property boutique in the past seven months has been proposed as Dechert Price & Rhoads is now discussing merger with Woodcock Washburn Kurtz Mackiewicz & Norris.

Dechert chairman Barton Winokur and Woodcock Washburn executive committee member Gary Levin confirmed that the two firms were holding discussions. They stressed, though, that no deal has been finalized.
