Arthur Andersen’s headhunting campaign continues.

In January it landed Tony Williams, former managing partner of Clifford Chance. Williams, 43, will take over next month as managing partner of Andersen Legal, the accounting giant’s global network of law firms. He will be responsible for integrating the affiliate firms with each other and the rest of Andersen’s accounting and consulting operations. Andersen Legal, which includes some 2,700 lawyers worldwide, recently reported revenue of $482 million for the fiscal year ending August 31, 1999.
