A Fulton State Court trial has ended in an apparent record verdict in Georgia for a broken finger — $220,000 — 10 times higher than the previous mark.
The jury award was made to a 41-year-old dental hygienist who alleged that her right ring finger was broken during a night of dancing when her dance partner tried a shag-style spin move.
