The Company provides sick leave benefits to all regular, full-time, employees for periods of temporary absence due to illnesses or injuries.
Employees may accrue sick leave benefits at the rate of ____ hours/days per month to a maximum of ____ days per year. An employee is permitted to use up to half of his or her annual sick leave accrual to attend to the illness or injury of his or her child, parent, spouse [or domestic partner (“family member”).
