What gun manufacturers failed to win in Georgia state court might now be possible thanks to a loss in superior court.
Several law professors and a plaintiff’s lawyer working with the city of Atlanta say the gun makers might get an appellate review of the city’s suit because of an unfavorable ruling issued last week.
