Screen legend and recently re-elected National Rifle Association President Charlton Heston will be in Philadelphia on Monday to testify in U.S. District Court in a suit brought against the NRA by one of its own board members.

In opening statements yesterday, attorney Mary E. Kohart of Drinker Biddle & Reath told the jury that the case focused on an incident at the NRA’s 1998 national board meeting in Philadelphia — and the NRA’s reaction to that incident.
