LOS ANGELES — Placed in the unfamiliar position of defending a trademark challenge, The Walt Disney Co. has won a 30-day reprieve in its Internet portal war over the right to use its Go Network logo.
A three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals agreed Thursday to stay a preliminary injunction against Disney until an expedited appellate hearing on the merits next month.
