The U.S. Supreme Court may look like the end of the line, but for LaShonda Davis and the Monroe County School District, it’s just the beginning.
In May, the high court voted 5-4 to allow Davis to sue the school board for allegedly ignoring her claim that she was being harrassed by a male classmate.
