Law firm Web sites commonly include photographs of the lawyers in the firm. This is thought to provide an inexpensive way of humanizing the firm and creating a better attorney-client relationship. As law practice becomes less localized and more regional or national, the opportunity even to meet one’s client is decreasing. Online pictures have thus taken on greater importance.
