Even though his client was just 11 years old, Mike Berger knew she was going to suffer some consequences after she was found guilty of sexually molesting a 5-year-old girl.

Indeed, the Arlington girl wound up with two years’ probation and court-ordered counseling after her case was taken before a juvenile judge in January. That’s a standard punishment for someone her age.
