An ex-associate at Bryan Cave L.L.P. has filed a charge of sexual discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and she says that her problems are just the tip of the iceberg.

In allegations that are denied by Bryan Cave, Nicole Bock says that top partners turned their backs on grievances of women in its 68-lawyer Kansas City, Mo., office, despite an internal investigation’s findings.
