However, Gonzalo Cotto, who worked for Sikorsky Aircraft, a division of United Technologies Corp., didn't reap the benefits of his victory. The court found that the law barring employers from disciplining or discharging employees who exercise their First Amendment rights does not apply to the facts in his case.
