Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. has been hit with a trademark infringement suit over the name it chose for its new investment strategies publication — The Macro Navigator.
The suit says that the title infringes on a “family” of trademarks owned by Clark Capital Management Group, a Philadelphia-based financial planning and investment advisory service and publisher of the quarterly newsletter The Navigator Report.
