The suit says the title infringes on a "family" of trademarks owned by Clark Capital Management Group, a Philadelphia-based financial planning and investment advisory service and publisher of the quarterly newsletter The Navigator Report. With 20 employees and just 2,000 clients, Clark is a David to the Goliath of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
