Columbia, S.C.–Jack Duncan, a former head of the state Trial Lawyers Association, will serve a four-month prison term for perjury after falsely denying to a grand jury that he leaked information to a TV reporter.
So far, Mr. Duncan is the only person netted in a federal investigation into the tape recording of conversations between attorneys and clients by Lexington County sheriff’s deputies and prosecutors.
