The state Supreme Court yesterday heard arguments in a case that could either help define the word “wrongdoing” as used in the Whistleblower Law or fizzle out in a disappointment to employment attorneys.

Another employment case, heard Monday, tackles the jurisdiction of cases charging violations of Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines.
