Today, as the U.S. Supreme Court begins another term, the Richmond, Va.-based appeals court is once again in the spotlight. Already it is the source for six of the most pressing cases on the high court's docket. And it's not over yet: The Court could accept more of the circuit's casesincluding one that challenges the constitutionality of Mirandain the next few weeks.
