Achievers Unlimited Inc., a Florida distributor of health supplements, is accusing a West Palm Beach, Fla. doctor of stealing $1 million in trade secrets. The company hired Dr. Glen A. Halvorson as a consultant, who sold his nutritional opinions through a Bahamian company. According to the suit, Halvorson absconded with Achievers' list of distributors, defamed Achievers' products and plagiarized cassette tapes to benefit New Ways, one of Achievers' competitors.
