Madison, Wis.–The Wisconsin Supreme Court is considering tightening its hold on the state’s attorney discipline system.
Changes were recommended in a 47-page report issued in August by an American Bar Association panel that studied the discipline system. The court had asked for the ABA’s help after its disciplinary arm–the Board of Attorneys Professional Responsibility–was criticized during the spring Supreme Court election.
