A New Jersey plaintiff was “forum shopping” when she filed a personal injury complaint against an Atlantic City casino in Philadelphia, a common pleas court judge ruled in dismissing the action.

Judge Pamela Pryor Dembe affirmed her earlier grant of the defendant’s motion for forum non conveniens and denied the appeal of a New Jersey resident who was attempting to sue the Trump Marina.
