Ed Moss is out and Anthony Upshaw is in as an attorney for the tobaccoindustry as the damages phase of the largest tobacco class action inhistory begins Tuesday in Miami-Dade Circuit Court.

Moss, of the Miami office of Shook Hardy & Bacon, had taken the mostactive role among local lawyers in defending the industry in the case.His involvement in tobacco work as local counsel for Brown & WilliamsonTobacco Corp. dates back to the early 1990s.
