Suspended lawyer John J. Lieb, poised for disbarment based on an erroneousbar complaint and investigation, has denied the allegations.
The State Bar of Georgia filed a notice of discipline with Georgia’s SupremeCourt two months ago to disbar Lieb. The bar alleged he charged a clientto defend him on malice murder while the lawyer allegedly was being paidby the Fulton County Public Defender. In the matter of John J. Lieb, No.S99Y1460, (Sup. Ct.
