Trump Marina Hotel and Casino has been fined $50,000 and has agreed to provide anti- discrimination courses for its employees because staffers complied with a gambler's request for a limousine driver who was not black. The fine is part of a settlement casino officials reached Wednesday with New Jersey's Division of Gaming Enforcement. Under the terms of the settlement, Trump Marina also must institute a "remedial action plan" that calls for "enhanced employee training" in anti-discrimination law.
