A Delray Beach maker and retailer of office furniture is accusing theBrookstone Co., famous for its sundry luxury products, of stealing someof its product names.

The Levenger Co., which sells office-furniture and related productsfrom its South Florida showroom and via the Internet and a catalog,filed suit in Miami federal court against Brookstone, a national chainbased in Nashua, N.H., for alleged trademark violations.
