President Bill Clinton is expected to be among the 10,000 lawyers goingto Atlanta next month for the annual meeting of the American Bar Association.

Allan J. Tanenbaum, an Atlanta lawyer chairing the week-long event, saysClinton will speak Monday, Aug. 9, at the World Congress Center. The speechwill occur during the event’s “opening ceremonies,” which originally werescheduled for Aug. 7.
