Travel law, a legal specialty encompassing admiralty and maritime, international trade and a host of other subjects, has long been taught abroad. But it's only now catching on in the U.S. A Florida school, Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center, is now trying to position itself as a leader in the new discipline. The school is co-sponsoring an international conference on travel law issues in April at the University of Northumbria Travel Law Centre in Newcastle, England.
