Railing against "a fraud upon this Court," a federal judge has thrown Georgia lawyer Mike Bothwell off a Medicare fraud case. Bothwell represented the plaintiff in the case, a so-called "whistleblower" accusing a host of medical therapy companies and the companies' owners and relatives of defrauding Medicare. But in a blistering nine-page order, U.S. District Judge Clarence Cooper made clear he thought it was Bothwell who had committed fraud.
