Absolutely loved your piece called ‘Don’t Punish Success‘. This whole court room business makes me madder than mad. The guy happened to make a product that turned out successful and then built from there the most user friendly batch of integrated software the world
has ever seen. Sure, some of Mr. Gates’ stuff has problems, but has he let us down with not supplying patches? No! You can send an e-mail with a problem and get an answer back in less than 24 hours. If they don’t have a fix, you can bet some of the best are working on a solution and create that patch.
