Morrison & Foerster partner Kathleen Fisher has been suspended by a Saipan court from probate proceedings involving the $500 million estate of Larry Hillblom, founder of DHL Worldwide Express air carrier service.

Fisher’s alleged role in an ex parte proceeding last October in Estate of Larry Lee Hillblom, 99-002, triggered the suspension order issued Monday by the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
