More than 170 supporters of John Marshall Law School — including AtlantaMayor Bill Campbell and U.S. Rep. Bob Barr, R-Ga. — are trying to save theschool from closing in two years.
In an effort to help the school obtain American Bar Association accreditation,the group is asking the Georgia Supreme Court to extend the Aug. 31, 2001,deadline by which the school’s students have to graduate if they wantto take the Georgia bar exam.
