Five Hawaii surfing legends have filed a federal lawsuit against clothing retailer Abercrombie & Fitch, saying that the company used their names and images in a catalog without permission.

The catalog features a picture of George Downing, Richard “Buffalo” Keaulana, Rick Steere, Ben Aipa and Paul Strauch, along with what they say is a suggestive fashion layout that violates surf etiquette and embarrasses and demeans them.
