On Feb. 10, the entire District of Columbia judiciary received an e-mail filled with vulgarities and aimed at Superior Court Judge John Bayly Jr. The end of the message revealed the author -- Jonathan Rees. Presiding over Rees' divorce case, Bayly ordered that Rees show cause why he should not be held in contempt. But, recently, the U.S. attorney's office recommended against prosecuting Rees for the contempt charge.
