Dog owners, beware: A state Court of Appeals ruling could hold you moreresponsible than before if your canine attacks someone.

In a 6-1 ruling, the judges may have broadened Georgia’s so-called “one-biterule,” which had given an owner allowances for one bite before he or shecould be held liable for injuries inflicted by a pet.
