That’s the argument Mr. Grace hopes will persuade a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to unseal court documents in Metropolitan News Co. v. Daily Journal Corp., BC 161334, Mr. Grace’s predatory-pricing lawsuit against the nation’s largest daily legal affairs newspaper.
