Los Angeles�Attorneys may use contrary arguments in different courtrooms, says newspaper publisher and lawyer Roger Grace, “but parties to litigation aren’t supposed to be talking out of both sides of their mouths.”
That’s the argument Mr. Grace hopes will persuade a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to unseal court documents in Metropolitan News Co. v. Daily Journal Corp., BC 161334, Mr. Grace’s predatory-pricing lawsuit against the nation’s largest daily legal affairs newspaper.
