A Muslim couple must paint their Manhasset, N.Y., home a different color to comply with the rules of their local homeowners association, a Nassau judge has ruled.
Abed and Naheed Mansoor contended that a lawsuit brought by the Gracewood at North Hills homeowners association to force them to repaint the home was racially motivated and discriminatory.
