Atlanta’s King & Spalding has announced that its partner Jeffrey M. Telep has been appointed to the United States Court of International Trade’s Rules Advisory Committee. Telep, a partner in the international trade group in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, will assume his committee seat in March and serve a five-year term. His practice focuses on international trade remedy litigation and compliance. The Court of International Trade has national jurisdiction over international trade disputes. The advisory committee studies the court’s rules and recommends amendments. King & Spalding has more than 800 lawyers in 10 offices.
