The owner of the SAT and PSAT exams sued a Dallas-area test-preparation company Feb. 20, accusing it of illegally obtaining copies of “live” test questions that it then used to help students practice.
The lawsuit, filed in federal court in Dallas, alleges that Karen Dillard’s College Prep company improperly used copyrighted College Board material to create its own test-prep curriculum.
