Davies Arnold Cooper has completed its merger with London practice KSB Law, with both firms' lawyers and staff now sharing office space at DAC's headquarters. The deal sees more than 60 lawyers and support staff join DAC from the smaller London outfit. The combined firm, which will practice under the Davies Arnold banner, now has annual revenues of around $80 million, and more than 200 fee earners across a network that includes overseas outposts in Spain and Mexico.

The deal sees more than 60 lawyers and support staff join DAC from the smaller London outfit, with KSB’s fee earners in London and St. Albans-based offices having moved over to DAC in December.
