A fee fight coming in the wake of plaintiff verdicts against FedEx Corp. keeps getting nastier and nastier.
San Francisco attorneys Waukeen McCoy and Kay McKenzie Parker served as co-counsel for a group of plaintiffs that split off from the massive Satchell discrimination class action against the mail carrier. The clients dropped Parker before proceeding through separate trials in front of Judge Susan Illston in San Francisco federal court, where they were awarded a total of $4.5 million.
