Patton Boggs plans to launch an office in Dubai in November � the second Middle East base for the Washington, D.C.-based law firm. Dallas real estate partner Raymond Termini will relocate to Dubai to head up the new office, where he will be joined by a senior associate. In 2003, Patton Boggs became the first U.S. firm to open in neighboring Qatar.

Patton Boggs has been given a licence to practice by the Dubai International Finance Center; the new office is expected to initially operate from temporary space supplied by Regus.
