A pair of multimillion-dollar suits against Richmond, Va.-based Hunton & Williams by former partners may soon be settled, says the plaintiffs' attorney, Donald Temple. David Geneson is seeking $3 million, alleging that after he resigned from the firm after 19 years, he was deprived of his entitled payment as a partner and that his partnership interest was forfeited. Pauline Schneider, who was at Hunton for 21 years, is seeking $2.5 million for her claims of age discrimination and breach of contract.

A pair of multimillion dollar breach-of-contract and age discrimination cases against Richmond, Va.-based Hunton & Williams may soon be settled, says the attorney for the plaintiffs, Donald Temple.
Temple is representing David Geneson, a white-collar defense specialist who spent more than 16 years at the firm, first as counsel and then as partner. Geneson left last year to become partner in the D.C. office of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton.
