Events L. Felipe Restrepo of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvaniawill be the guest speaker at a naturalization ceremony to be held on Thursday, July 26, at 10:30 a.m. in the Ceremonial Courtroom, 601 Market Street. Cynthia M. Rufe, also of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, will preside over the ceremony. Tara Dawson, district adjudications officer, will offer motions, and the oath of citizenship will be given by Aida Ayala, naturalization clerk. Remarks on behalf of the Philadelphia Bar Associationwill be presented by Matthew M. Ryanof the association’s Young Lawyers Division. A response to the court on behalf of new citizens will be offered by John Peter Lohn, formerly of Germany. Approximately 50 new citizens from 25 different countries will take the oath of citizenship.   The Philadelphia Bar Association’swomen in the profession committee will hold a meeting on Tuesday, July 31, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the 10th floor boardroom at the bar association. The topic will be Developing a Niche Practice. Panel members for this meeting include Ellen C. Brotman, Min S. Suh, Jeanne L. Bakkerand Lynanne B. Wescott.   New Additions John P. Kopesky has become associated with the Shein Law Center. Kopesky will concentrate his civil trial practice on representing plaintiffs in asbestos, products liability/toxic tort and medical malpractice cases.   Raymond S. Pappermanhas joined Cooper Levensonas chairman of the environmental law department. Papperman will also serve as a member of the real estate group, devoting time to commercial real estate, civil litigation and land use. �
