Fisher & Phillips is moving into the Philadelphia area with the help of three partners, two of counsel and one associate who are coming over from Saul Ewing. The new office will initially focus solely on employee defection and recruitment work, with a goal of ultimately bringing in more general labor and employment practitioners. The 190-attorney Fisher & Phillips is the second Atlanta-based labor and employment firm to open an office in Philadelphia this year.
