They are ineligible to practice law in the state of California, effective on the dates indicated. Unless otherwise noted, they are required to pass the professional responsibility exam specified in the court order and to comply with Rule 955 of the California Rules of Court: * Michael Edward Consiglio, Moorpark � Sept. 10: Probation is revoked. Previously ordered stay of suspension is lifted. Suspended for one year and until shows proof of rehabilitation, fitness to practice and learning and ability in the general law. Credit shall be given for the period of inactive enrollment which commenced on May 22, 2006. Three years’ probation with conditions. Don Alan Raig, San Diego � Sept. 8: Suspended for 30 days and until State Bar Court grants motion to terminate suspension. If the period of actual suspension is two years or greater, remain suspended until shows proof of rehabilitation, fitness to practice and learning and ability in the general law. If respondent is actually suspended for 90 days or more, he/she is further ordered to comply with rule 955. # Lewis Robert Titus Jr., Pasadena � Sept. 8: Suspended for 30 days. One year probation with conditions. * Hao-Nhien Qui Vu, Westminster � Sept. 10: Probation is revoked. Previously ordered stay of suspension is lifted. Suspended for two years and until shows proof of rehabilitation, fitness to practice and learning and ability in the general law. Credit shall be given for the period of inactive enrollment which commenced on May 21, 2006. #* Rick William Manthei, Agoura Hills � Sept. 8: Suspended for 30 days. Three years’ probation with conditions.
